Is shipping really free?

Yes!  You don't need to worry about any hidden costs at checkout.  We always have you covered with free shipping!

Where do you ship your products from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States, Europe, and China.  Please expect your items to be shipped separately, if you order more than one item, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary by customer location and product shipping location, however orders arrive in approximately 7 - 14 business days (U.S) and 12 - 21 business days (International). 

Note: You can track the status of your order by clicking the "Track Order" button on our homepage as soon as we email you the tracking number.

How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days, although during high demand times items may ship within 5 business days.

Where is your company located?

Our headquarters is in the US while our warehouses are located across the United States, Europe, and China.

Will I receive a confirmation number after I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation number to the email they provide during checkout.
